Prende il via il \u201cCorso di pizza e lievitati\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Un cuore di bont\u00e0 farcito di specialit\u00e0 \u00a0tipiche salentine. Nel segno della cultura e della tradizione, in un ambiente accogliente ed armonioso. Partir\u00e0 domenica 09 marzo 2014 il \u201cCorso di pizza e lievitati\u201d promosso dall\u2019Associazione Culturale Cooking Experience di Lecce. I docenti saranno Gianna Greco e Mattia Marchello, le menti pensanti e le mani operanti della scuola di cucina salentina. L\u2019obiettivo del corso che avr\u00e0 inizio domenica \u00e8 quello di avvicinare gli appassionati alle tecniche di cucina ed in particolar modo agli impasti salati.<\/p>\n

Ogni lezione prevede l\u2019insegnamento di 2-3 ricette finite (a seconda del tempo di preparazione). Nel dettagli si potranno preparare e scoprire i segreti di:<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pane e pani speciali;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Pizza, Pizza Napoletana e Calzoni;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Focacce;<\/p>\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Rosticceria (arancini, rustici etc..).<\/p>\n

E poi un tocco di gusto e di convivialit\u00e0 perch\u00e9 a fine lezione ci sar\u00e0 la degustazione delle pietanze preparate che sar\u00e0 accompagnata all’abbinamento di vini di pregio con Gianna, sommelier AIS.<\/p>\n

\u201cCooking Experience\u201c<\/strong>, nasce nel 2009 dall\u2019amore e la passione che l\u2019ideatrice, cuoca e sommelier Gianna Greco nutre per la sua terra e le sue preziose risorse. L\u2019animo con cui \u00e8 nata questa Associazione \u00e8 quello di trasferire la conoscenza del proprio territorio tra cultura, storia e tradizioni attraverso l\u2019enogastronomia.<\/p>\n

La scuola si trova in Corte dell\u2019Idume, nel cuore del barocco leccese dove si narra, sin dal \u2018500, nascesse il fiume Idume. Tra fornelli e antiche volte in un ambiente armonioso vi \u00e8 anche una fossa a forma di\u00a0 cono capovolto ideato per la raccolta dell\u2019acqua piovana dove oggi si degusta il vino, \u201cLa Cantina Meditativa\u201d.<\/p>\n
