Cazzato<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 stato studiato come le volte cordonate siano un espediente costruttivo-decorativo diffuso in gran parte di Terra d&#8217;Otranto tra le seconda met\u00e0 osservato che, probabilmente, le prime volte cordonate ossia provviste di cordone a motivi vegetali, appaia per le prima volta sulle navate laterali di Santa Croce gi\u00e0 costruite dagli anni cinquanta &#8211; sessanta del Cinquecento.<br>Anche da questo punto di vista questo monumento si conferma come il pi\u00f9 importante in ambito pugliese dell&#8217;epoca.<br>A Lecce possiamo ammirare anche la volta cordonata del Sedile,1588-92.<br>Il motivo si diffuse rapidamente in centri come Trepuzzi, Surbo e Lequile e interess\u00f2 poi l&#8217;area ionica, Gallipoli e Nard\u00f2 fino a Surano e Tricase, ma siamo gi\u00e0 in pieno Seicento.<br>Una variante \u00e8 rappresentata dai cordoni incisi e non rilevati come nella volta della chiesa dell&#8217;Annunziata a Squinzano.<br>L&#8217;opera pi\u00f9 matura dell&#8217;uso della volta cordonata \u00e8 la cattedrale di Sant&#8217;Agata a Gallipoli, anni trenta del Seicento.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Passeggiando
