Convegno a Lecce"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\"\/images\/loca%20ambiente%2014.jpg\" border=\"0\" title=\"la locandina dell'evento\" width=\"200\" style=\"margin: 21px; float: left;\" \/>A Lecce, sabato 11 ottobre 2014 nell&#8217;Aula D10 del Centro Ecotekne, Universit\u00e0 del Salento, l&#8217;ottavo corso promosso dalla Lilt di Lecce<\/p>\n<p><strong>INTERFERENTI ENDOCRINI<\/strong><br \/><strong>negli alimenti e nell\u2019ambiente<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0 <br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Sulla scorta del successo ottenuto dalle precedenti iniziative, la LILT di Lecce ha programmato, l\u201911 Ottobre 2014, la ottava edizione del Corso di Aggiornamento \u201cAmbiente e Salute\u201d, che si terr\u00e0 a Lecce, presso l\u2019Universit\u00e0 del Salento (Centro Ecotekne &#8211; Aula D10 &#8211; Via per Monteroni); e che \u00e8 diretto a operatori del mondo della scuola, oltre che ad educatori e cittadini.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Vuole costituire un fattivo contributo alla conoscenza delle tematiche legate alla salvaguardia dell\u2019ambiente ed all\u2019impatto che determinati squilibri possono avere sulla salute di ognuno di noi, potendo causare patologie anche gravi, come i tumori.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>Quest\u2019anno si \u00e8 scelto di trattare monograficamente un tema di grande attualit\u00e0, ossia quello degli Interferenti Endocrini, ampia classe di sostanze, che disturbando il normale funzionamento dell\u2019organismo per quel che riguarda la regolazione ormonale, costituisce un serio e ormai accertato fattore di rischio oncologico. Diffuse nell\u2019ambiente, anche domestico, vista la loro presenza in tanti prodotti di uso quotidiano, queste sostanze chimiche hanno sempre pi\u00f9 destato l\u2019allarme, cosicch\u00e9 anche a livello istituzionale si \u00e8 preso coscienza che esse devono essere limitate, se non escluse. Almeno a livello europeo (Danimarca, Francia, ecc.) sono stati adottati provvedimenti legislativi in questo senso.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Da noi, nonostante l\u2019argomento sia oggetto di ampio dibattito all\u2019estero, e qualche pubblicazione sia stata prodotta anche a cura del nostro Ministero dell\u2019Ambiente, ancora si \u00e8 costretti a registrare una certa latitanza della consapevolezza del problema, che viene sottovalutato da parte delle Istituzioni sanitarie e quindi anche dal grande pubblico.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Per questo, col Corso di quest\u2019anno, si \u00e8 deciso di approfondire l\u2019argomento, sotto molteplici punti di vista, chiamando a relazionare i pi\u00f9 importanti esperti a livello nazionale.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Questo il programma dell\u2019evento : Ore 9.00 \u2013 Saluto delle Autorit\u00e0 (Prof. Vincenzo Zara, Rettore Universit\u00e0 del Salento; Prof. Francesco Schittulli, Presidente Nazionale LILT; Dr. Valdo Mellone, Direttore Generale ASL Lecce) \u2013 Ore 9.30 &#8211; Introduzione (Dr. Giuseppe Serravezza, Presidente LILT Lecce) &#8211; Letture Magistrali : La questione degli Interferenti Endocrini : stato d\u2019allerta delle Istituzioni (Dr. Alberto Mantovani &#8211; Istituto Superiore di Sanit\u00e0); Metodologie epidemiologiche per lo studio degli Interferenti Endocrini (Dr. Valerio Gennaro &#8211; Istituto Tumori, Genova).
